How the Law Of Attraction works... and how you can use it to achieve a more fulfilling life.

Now that everybody and their neighbors know about the law of attraction, how does one put it into practice in their everyday lives in order to bring about a positive change?

The law of attraction is the most powerful law in the universe, and every teacher and philosopher has taught this in one way or another throughout the ages.

Buddha has taught for centuries now that what you put out in the universe always comes back to you, this is called karma and so teaches to always do good. He has also said much about heaven and hell being kingdoms contained within ourselves that we create inside our minds.

All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.
- Buddha

The law of attraction has no favorites, and does not judge your desires, it simply obeys to your intentions that you set out whatever it is. So as soon as you intend clearly with emotion ANYTHING at all, the universe INSTANTLY accepts your intention and is in the process of delivering it to you.

And ALL... that you have to do, is to allow it to come into your life. Allow it to manifest, into your life with joy.

And this is the REAL challenge that most people will find difficulty, because our past conditioning has habituated us to think and most importantly behave in certain ways that are not in harmony with this allowing process. And much of what happens, happens in the unconscious realm which means that we often are not even AWARE that we are putting barriers to our own enfoldment of joy and happiness.

So how does one start to turn things around?

There is only ONE point of attraction, it is in the present. Thinking, feeling, enjoying, living in the present is where you have the most power to attract a more beautiful life.

There is NO past... there is NO future, except in our minds. It exists, because we think about it.

There is only an everfolding and continual enfoldment of the NOW... now now, now 1 second later, now 2 seconds later, now 3 seconds later... etc.

When we think about the bills we have to pay, we are thinking, anticipating a future that has not already happened in an imagined future and if we attach alot of feelings to it, the manifestation process has begun.

If we think of our past relationships and remind ourselves constantly whenever we do so that, that particular person was unfair to us, then in that NOW moment you are creating more of those very SAME experiences for more nows to come...

In other words, you have successfully set out an intention that have set the universal law of attraction to manifesting more of what you don't want.

Think about it, whenever you think of the past and the future AND fretting about it, more of it will come.

And since you are doing it, in the NOW... you are creating it because that is the only place where you can exercise your point of attraction.

And if you focus having X in the future, then you have ALSO successfully set out a clear intention to the universe that you will get X in the future... which will REMAIN in the future.

So to understand this better, you have to think clearly in the NOW, about the NOW for the NOW...

This is where alot of people will go wrong, because alot of people will go into visualization for example and not have it work and then it makes it even worse, because they REALIZE they don't have it yet, and yet intentionally deny that they don't have it and in this denial, and in this cloud of confusion are creating a black cloud of energy because they are NOT in harmony with what they intend.

To be in harmony you must THINK CLEARLY of what you want, then ALIGN YOURSELF to your desires.

And you become in harmony with what you want by feeling good...

When?

NOW.

Since the majority of our time is spent in the NOW... it is on that which you must focus most of your attention on to putting to work.

Because if you go 5 minutes visualizing good stuff happening to you, and then go about the day and worry about how you're gonna pay this, see someone wearing the shoes you want, and feeling a little bit jealous about it because you realize you don't have it, and then screaming in the traffic because you're gonna be late, and stuff like that... then, you are definitely not understanding how to apply it to your life.

How can you expect to be in alignment with joy when you are experiencing jealousy, envy, frustration and all their cousin emotions?

"Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. "
-Buddha

So you do not go into visualization to expect more. Because if you do that then you are in a state of LACK, and creating from that space of LACK which attracts MORE LACK.

You must go into it, if you must in a state of joy, or gratitude.

It is a very subtle difference, as it is essentially doing the same thing isn't it? Only in the way that it differs.

Well doing it in a certain way is EVERYTHING.

You must not underestimate this point.

Visualizing in a state of gratitude and joy will create an attraction point that is VERY different then visualizing because you realize you don't have it yet.

This is a very big piece and has taking me a very long time to understand.
